Sisse Touch ships to the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries where shipping via the webshop is available.
2. Delivery times
- The Netherlands: indicative 2-5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
- Belgium: indicative 3-7 business days, unless stated otherwise.
- Other countries: delivery time depends on destination and carrier.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete your order.
A standard rate may apply for the Netherlands. Different rates may apply for Belgium and other countries.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment or payment authorization. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
5. Address details
The consumer is responsible for correctly entering address details. In case of an error in the address, please contact info@sissetouch.com as soon as possible.
6. Delay or loss
In case of delay by the carrier, Sisse Touch will assist with investigation where reasonably possible. If a package is demonstrably lost before delivery to the consumer, Sisse Touch will look for a suitable solution.
7. Outside the EU
When shipping outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
