Sisse Touch is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

• Order details, such as products, sizes, quantities, and order number.
• Payment details, including payment status and payment method. Sisse Touch generally does not receive full card or bank details.
• Account details if the customer creates an account.
• Communication details, such as questions, complaints, and return notifications.
• Technical data, such as IP address, device and browser data, and cookie data.

• Processing and delivering orders.
• Handling payments via payment providers such as Shopify Payments and iDEAL.
• Customer service, returns, cancellations, and complaint handling.

The webshop runs on Shopify. For payments, shipping, accounting, customer service, and email, we can use external service providers.

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We generally store administrative data for 7 years due to tax obligations. We store customer service and return data for as long as necessary for processing and evidence.
