01 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed after successful payment. In the Netherlands, the indicative delivery time is 2-5 working days, unless stated otherwise.

02 Do you also ship to Belgium?

Yes, Sisse Touch also ships to Belgium and other countries where shipping is available through the webshop. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout.

03 Can I return my order?

Yes, for online purchases you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of the product. Register your return via info@sissetouch.com.

04 Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

05 When will I get my money back?

After receipt of the return or proof of shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 days at the latest using the same payment method.

06 Can I exchange this for a different size?

We recommend returning the original item and reordering the desired size.

07 What should I do if an item is faulty?

Send an email to info@sissetouch.com with your order number, description, and photos of the problem.

08 Can I pay with iDEAL?

Yes, if iDEAL is available in the checkout, you can use it to pay. iDEAL may apply its own conditions.
