Warranty and Complaints Policy

Customer-friendly handling in accordance with consumer law.

1. Legal guarantee

You are entitled to a product that meets what you may reasonably expect from it. This is called the legal guarantee or conformity.

The expected lifespan depends on the type of product, its use, its price, and the information provided at the time of purchase.

2. Clothing and accessories

For clothing and clothing accessories, normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, incorrect washing, or insufficient maintenance are not covered by warranty.

Always follow the washing label and any product instructions.

3. Report a defect

  • Send an email to info@sissetouch.com.
  • Include the order number, date of purchase, and a clear description of the problem.
  • Attach photos showing the defect.
  • We will review the report and look for a suitable solution.

4. Solutions

Depending on the situation, Sisse Touch may opt for repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with legal regulations.

5. Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted via info@sissetouch.com. Sisse Touch aims to respond substantively within 14 days.

If more time is needed for investigation, the customer will be notified.

6. Disputes

If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can turn to a competent dispute resolution body or the competent court.
