1. Cooling-off period
For online purchases, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after receiving the product. Within this period, the consumer can cancel the order without stating any reasons.
2. Register a return
- Send an email to info@sissetouch.com with your order number and name.
- Indicate which product you wish to return.
- After registration, you will receive return instructions.
- Return the product within 14 days of revocation.
3. Product condition
We request that you return the product complete, in its original condition and packaging. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may be charged in accordance with the law.
4. Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipment is for the consumer's account, unless the product delivered is incorrect or defective.
5. Reimbursement
Upon receipt of the return package or proof of shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For payments made via iDEAL, the refund or correction will be processed through iDEAL. Please consider the processing time for iDEAL.
6. Exceptions
Custom-made products and sealed hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned if legally permitted and clearly stated in advance. The right of withdrawal generally applies to clothing and clothing accessories.
7. Exchange
Do you want a different size or color? Preferably place a new order and return the original item according to this return policy.
8. Defective or incorrectly delivered product
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@sissetouch.com with photos and the order number. In the event of a Sisse Touch error or a defective product, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed.
